A 331 is a healthy steetable motor and would make it fun to drive. Most guys will say to go to a 347 or go home. 347's are a bad little motor for what they are but don't seem to last as long as a 331. If you wanting to boost it just do a 306. No real need for more cubes when u can just turn up the boost alittle more. A 351 swap is a little challenging to do as I'm finding out the hard way lol.
