Because people "piece together" turbo systems all the time, but those are gifted hot rodders, most people are knowledgeable to do it, and most look like shit when your done anyway. Most turbo systems are at over 4500 at least, BandG being the exception and even then its a tuner kit, by the time you add fuel, spark, exhaust, and tuning your over 4 thousand. Also, why would you wanna spend thousands on peoples junk they don't want anymore?</blockquote>
