I got it from 50 Resto because when I checked with ACC it ran about $50 higher. I dunno why. My cost was $120.00 and it actually came factory direct from ACC...... again, I dunno why. The product looks and works great but the carpet is not as thick as the origginal. Install wasnt too bad but you need to steam/iron out the wrinkles before install. Also, not all the holes are cut out. I laid the old carpet over the new and used a sharpie to outline the outer edges with an extra half inch to play with. THen instead of cutting a hole for the console I cut a slit until it was positioned and then trimmed the excess. It took me a few hours by myself and I've never dealt with carpet before. My best hit would be use a good pair of commercial/construction scissors.  MyViewGS</blockquote>
