Its located like was stated above down by the pedals and what happens is the pedal arms wear thru the insulation enough to ground it out and it blows the fuse. You dont need anything but enough electrical tape to blocks the arms from contacting it anymore and maybe see if he has fallen down and into the way of the pedal. The problem is getting your hands in there to put the tape on.</p></blockquote><p></p>
