You would need to update the alternator connector anyways and you'll have to run 4 post coils (happy to send a set) to use the harness. you will also have to acquire a 96-98 GT or cobra ECU, or use the megasquirt standalone plug and play for the relevant years. if you pull the ECU and harness from your donor vehicle you will be doing much more wiring work to make things work, and if you're going to pick up a Lincoln engine, I recommend the aviator engines, better factory intake manifold and much easier fitment all around.</blockquote>
