Next , check MAF (Mass air flow sensor)  You must use a spray cleaner especially made to clean MAF sensorsThose two items can cause some of the symptoms you describe. A new AIV is cheap if you want to replace it. MAF sensors are more expensive , up to $100 to replace .  Cleaning spray and some time may get the desired results. Then set base idle.
