Assuming my cars is running correctly (which it seems to be) I should have slightly more HP than a stock PI car (based on the increase in CR).
Bet someone did...lol, oh wait. Yeah, I'm gonna try and get it back up on dyno next weekend just to see what I'm putting at the wheels. I really honestly think my tranny is whats killing me. The thing is shifting like an old lady. I'm running stock gears (3.08:1 with the limited slip) so gears would help a bit. I think a good tune, including shift points/firmness would do a world of good, that or just a full tranny swap. Another thing to keep in mind on my 60 foot time is I'm launching from idle most the time. Working on loading it before launch, but its a bit hard than it seems...for me atleast. What do stock '99+ GTs run? I doubt its near the high 13s. I very much doubt just a PI swap getting anyone into the high 13s. Just a guesstimation, but it'll take our car approx 250rwhp to run in the high 13s. Assuming my cars is running correctly (which it seems to be) I should have slightly more HP than a stock PI car (based on the increase in CR). They are rated at 260 fwhp, so lets call it in a automatic with a 15% loss to the wheels 221 rwhp. That would put me about the same. My car weighed in at the track at 3380 w/out me in it. Honesty don't see why 15.007 is such a horrible time, that seems about right to me. I'm still learning here, so if there are flaws in my math, please educate me. 14.6 is a great time Void, dont know what your doing right, but keep doing it. A good tune, like I said, will open up alot of potential.
