I ended up with ptv only at above 5k rpm on the dyno. It ran fine with a street tune and did not show itself untill the lifters puff up a little at higher rpm. I would get your car to a mechanic asap. Some cars can clear larger lift and longer duration camshafts but the clearances in a pi swapped car are not as forgiving. I could not put the cam in my setup and ended up fing up a crank. Good luck and let us know what the problem is when you find it. My money is on ptv no matter what the guy at the cam place said. When my mechanic and I talked to comp they told us ours would work at first. A lot of cam specs and designers have little knowledge about the pi swap and the different clearances of a flat top style piston in a setup that is used to a little dish.</p></blockquote><p></p>
