[QUOTE="MadStang, post: 475506, member: 10532"] Exactly my point. Windstar vs. stock split-port. There's like 15hp gains and about 5tq Windstar vs. stock single-port. There's quite a bit of gains F-150 intakes are also another good setup, they increase the torque a lot more vs the windstar, but are very difficult to find under a hood that's not smaller than 3" Not really especially when it's becoming more and more common. Also, I'm building my car for about 550rwhp 650rwtq. But if it's just a street car, sure that's perfectly fine, I'm just power hungry and it'll be a straight up track car, hopefully the 2nd v6 to hit 9's... Ever heard of the Godmode Cobra (Termi)? My previous sponsor let me drive it, 700rwhp and all. Puts every car I've driven into perspective. So yes I've driven a car with real power. And I didn't really mean to come off as a dick, but, just as there is in the v8 world of having certain "classes", such as 2v, 3v, 4v, etc. The single port is looked down upon just as the 2v is to the 4v and is ultimately the first thing every 94-98 owner removes from the car if they actually want decent power out of their motor without having to spend extra money elsewhere just to get more power.
