You'd have some serious damage if you actually saw head gasket material in your radiator. It's probably just some RTV debris from water pump or intake, maybe the t'stat housing. The SN fans turn on at 210*, that's probably why you see the temps you do. Sounds normal to me.On track, I see 195* when the motor is coming up to temp, 210* on normal days/conditions, up to 230* when it gets HOT outside and I'm pushing it hard for a longer race.Does your tune turn on the fans earlier? Or do you have a non OEM fan controller? Will it go hotter if you push it hard? Do you have a big radiator?</blockquote>
