At first I thought it was an actuator issue but since it is both doors I doubt that is the issue. I wanted to check the fuse but according to the manual the power door locks don't have a fuse?? I did a bunch of google searching and heard a bunch of people say to check the circuit breaker, but could not find any info on were the circuit breaker is or what it looks like.
