However when it reaches the the top it does not stop itself; instead it just keeps trying to go up and just makes a loud popping noise as the motor keeps trying to push it further. Same thing when it reaches the bottom. I read somewhere on a forum that someone said the stops are in the motor itself but nobody confirmed it and i havent found anything else about it anywhere else. So is it the motor? Or does it have something to do with the one touch relay possibly? I dont see any parts laying at the bottom of the door or anything (which from experience with fixing other power windows i always now look for) and the window operates fine other then this described above. So i think the regulator and mounts are fine. I could pull it all out and probably narrow the problem down myself but i dont have the money or time today (its sunday) to diagnose, acquire parts, and reassemble before Monday AM. So ideally id like to know whats broken before i pull the glass and reg, then i can get the parts this week and disassemble,fix, and reassemble it all at once next weekend. Any thoughts? Also I have the panel off right now and there is like an inch or two off play at the front of the glass. I can move it up and down; just the front part of the glass; pretty easily. Makes me think its the motor.</blockquote>
