When choosing RPMOutlet to buy my Procharger P1SC Supercharger Kit, one of the selling points was the available 3-year extended warranty that their website clearly states. For an extra $75, your one year warranty becomes 3 years. Sounds good, right? I mailed in my extended warranty paperwork to Procharger and was denied. The kit RPMOutlet sells is not eligible for the extended warranty. I called Procharger and talked to them a few times, they were nice about things and explained why I was denied. I then called RPMOutlet and talked to a manager named George. He said he would call them and take care of it and to call him back the next day (also told me to email him the denial letter from Procharger). THAT WAS A MONTH AGO. I have called and emailed him many times and he is ignoring me. Their website still states the 3-year warranty is available with their kits, which is untrue. Procharger is aware of this, as I emailed them the link to their Procharger website. If you want the extended warranty on your Procharger, then do not buy it from RPMOutlet. When you drop $5000 at RPMOutlet on various products, you "might" expect a return phone call or reply to an email. How sad is that? At least be man enough to call me back (or reply to one of my many emails) and tell me they made a mistake and make some amends.
