Of course, this requires removing the axles to install the new mounting brackets. Since I was going to have the pumpkin open anyway I was thinking about upgrading the gears to 3.73s. My question is:There are 2 install kits on AMs site. The FRPP kit appears to have different bearings and more components, but no diff cover gasket. My GT has 62k miles on it and hasn?t been ?beat on?. If I do swap out my gears I will be using a recommended shop here in town do the work. I know the FRPP kit is only $25 more, but if I don?t need it then I can use that money toward gear lube. If I do swap out the gears, I will have the shop swap the rear brakes too.Thanks in advanceBob</blockquote>
