What I meant by that is that I don't really like the idea of the dash-mount style detectors, I would prefer something more subtle, something that at first glance nobody would know it's a radar detector. But I've been reading around and the only thing I can find is the whistler fuzion, but all the other forum sites end up turning into fights between the v1 and the 9500ix (or the earlier model) and I would end up buying one of these but I would rather have it connect to my in-dash screen or mount in a gauge pod. Is there any way to do this? Or does anyone know of another-better?- radar detector that has this ability?
