Here in the US of A :headbang: we have a word to descibe those type of tail lights....RICE. Rice is a term that pretty much applies to "Altezza" style lights, "Halo" headlights, pointless decals, wheels on a SN95 larger than 19in (19's are even pushing it), underbody neons, interior neons...pretty much anything that has an eastern influence, looks like it came right from Fast and the Furious, or a modification that gives the IMPRESSION of speed yet has no performance purpose. This is why all of the reponses are telling you to buy a set of OEM tailights and smoke them if you want that look. Things may be different where you are from, maybe tailights, flashy graphics or stickers on your car are "cool" but here they are far from it. If thats what you like, then keep them and mod as you wish but expect to be flamed or bashed on an American website for such things. We do invite different tastes but sometimes there is a fine line between being different and being labled as Riced Out. I do suggest going the OEM route, even better yet, if you can find a set of export tailights(the tails your car came with) that would be even better for they are extremely rare and sought after here in the US, you will then be envied not bashed. Again this is only my opinion, so if what you have is truly what you want and you're not following some teenager, Honda-like trend then keep moding in the way that makes you happy.
