I just replaced the rear window motor in my 96 gt vert not too bad but requires removing rear seat. heres how i did it Step 1 remove rear seat. two clips under seat and lift bottom portion out then on the bottom of the backrest there are two bolts remove them and pull the back portion up. Step 2 take off panel there are clips in the door jam and behind rear seat step 3 remove speakers, three screws. remove seat belt this will open up your working space so much and now you can remove the panel step 4 there is a plastic piece covering the motor and glass it has one clip but the rest is held on by some glue take this off and there should be your window motor take out the three screws and slowly remove motor. step 5 I got my replacement from Auto Zone and it came with wire clips and hardware so i did not need to splice in any wires so all i did was place the new motor on, made sure the gears meshed up and plugged in the harness. step 6 make sure you check the motor and test before reassembly. I do not take responsibilty for any mistakes you make good luck and hope this helps
