RPM breaking up when engine gets hot, need help

Driving home i got caught at 2 red lights, both of which when I took it out of gear it idles at 1300. I pulled in my driveway and didnt even have to touch the gas to pull into the garage because of the high idle, and once parked, it still sat at 1300. I shut it off and re started it and instantly its idling back down at 900....until I actually drive it again. Im very confused. Ill fix one issue and open a new one, back and forth...</p></blockquote><p></p>
