Message: <blockquote data-quote="ttocs" data-source="post: 1572661" data-attributes="member: 11896"><p>I thought it was a capacitor that needed to be replaced not a resistor but I could be wrong.  I say this because I swapped out the cap in mine to adjust the timing and it wasn't all that hard if you know how to solder.  The top of the flasher is held on by tension clips you can pop off/on and the cap is right there IIRC.</p></blockquote><p></p>
