I am not afraid of the plastic melting but it is hotter then it was when it was stock last year. Is this a normal thing or should I be worried?2nd is I bought a hurst short-throw shifter which feels great when going through the gears but if I want to start slowing down and get it in 2nd, if I let off the clutch at any speed greater then 40 it kicks it out of gear. I tried adjusting the stops but they seem to be ok. Is there something I am missing or are hursts all like this?</blockquote>
