PA is pretty leniant with tail light tint for inspection. they allow it as long as it gives off a certain brightness level when lit, so i might just sneak by the way they are now.either way though, i have a mechanic that would pass me anyway even if they dont meet regulation.i replied to your PM, dont worry about it. its cool. i didnt bother doing anything with the headlights anyway.like i said in my PM, im just outside of Philadelphia. about 25min north to be exact. about half way between Philly and Allentown.theyre just regular smoked headlights. i got them off of some ebay store. ive been pretty please with all the headlights i have purchased through ebay stores, to not constitute paying like 1.5x more for a set from say, blueovalindustries.it'll be lowered eventually. i think ive decided id like to redo the exhaust first. from what i can tell, the only thing the last guy that owned the car did to it, was swap out the stock mufflers for weld-in Dynomax mufflers. its too quiet for my taste. i have an O/R X that im getting soon, and ill be changing the catback to a 40 series flowmaster setup.after thats done, ill put some H&R supersports on it.</blockquote>
