It will run fine for 15-20 min then the alternator will shut off an will drain the batt then die. I have done the following1. tested alternator  =  good2. checked body grounds on the car  = good3 checked for loose broken wires = did not find any4.replaced the semi melted pigtail for the headlight switch5. checked fuses = goodthe last time we were working on it i had to use a battery from my friends truck an we started it up an i took the batt an put it back in his truck the car without the batt in it ran fine all guages were in normal range then it got to the 15 -20 min point an just shut down...It is driving me nuts as it is my dd an my trucks tranny went south too last week..One person i talked to said it could be the computer something on the board overheating an shutting down.. i have found a few on ebay but before i put out more money i thought i would pick some brains here an see what happens. Thanks in advance for any help.             jason</blockquote>
