I've checked out everything you guys mentioned, ran it by some car techy people I know and they all seem to be in agreeance that under boost (the overall plan for the car) that those inserts may or may not hold up. IMO that doesn't make me feel very confident. So within a few minutes of me posting my dilemma on my Ohio Mustangs wall (me and my buddy's FB group) one of our Mustang guru's threw an offer of $140 for either both or one head. Not really sure but I think he said both lol I'll find out tomorrow but I do believe there coming with cams too, and he said the valve covers are coming too. Pretty sweet deal if you ask me.So now that my Grand Am is finished, I'll put it together tomorrow night after work, get it out of my garage, and roll my Mustang down the street out of my buddy Anthony's garage, and into my garage and me, possibly him, and my buddy Brian are gonna tear it all down and hopefully have new heads on it within a week since we all work at the stupid hours when most people are fixing there cars lol.I'll let you guys know how it goes, and what other problems I run into with this car lol</blockquote>
