As I'm steering there's a groaning noise coming from underneith where the rack and pinion is at. I know it's not the power steering pump or the belt slipping because if I were to turn and hold the wheel then it would continue to groan but it only does it while I'm turning the wheel. The noise is very faint on the outside while I'm steering but you can really hear it inside the car. Inner or outer tie rods? Rack and pinion trouble? Please help me out!</p></blockquote><p></p>
