They held up at the track pretty well, had good grip on in the wet, and they are dirt cheap. I have never tried Nittos, but it's a regular high performance summer, so I can't imagine that it's THAT much better than Sumitomo HTR ZIII, if it's any better at all. Sumitomo is also cheaper than Nitto. 40 dollars a tire cheaper to be exact, if you compare the pricing from Tire Rack and Discount Tire. Also, while Nitto is a directional tire, Sumitomo is not, which makes it perfect for rotating the tires, and keeping the tread lasting longer.</blockquote>
