I blew a head gasket once when i over reved it, but that's it and it was my own fault. do a leak down test to check the health of the engine then strap that bad boy on there if it checks out. a vortech kit comes with everything you need. Just get a good tune on there and have fun. there is nothing wrong with supercharging the car if you have a good tune on there to handle it. yes things could go wrong like blowing a headgasket but so what, its like $150 for the new gaskets and a case of beer and a days worth of labor.</blockquote>
