I got the poly kit from cjponyparts and it cost i think 160. I haven't gotten it installed yet but i've heard that the poly don't squeak as bad and it tightens up the ride alot. Plus the poly bushing don't wear out hardly. I'm going to be installing it myself but i think its a difficult job if you don't have a place to lift the car and take the stuff apart and a press or something to push the bushings in. Some one else could problaly say something else about it though.</p></blockquote><p></p>
