Use early Camaros and 03/04 Mustang Cobra as a reference. T56 has since been changed.</p><p><span style="color: rgb(250, 197, 28)">*2 </span>Only Mustang T5 shifter will fit. GM T5 shifter will not work.</p><p><span style="color: rgb(250, 197, 28)">*3</span> Corvette T56 has different (solid) keys that will fit, but those will not work in a T45 nor a classic T56 without modifying the key. They go in, but they jam and won't allow the slider to engage the gears.</p><p><span style="color: rgb(250, 197, 28)">*4</span> Only 4-cylinder Ford T5 uses the same input shaft bearing. V6/V8 Ford and GM T5 transmissions do not share that input bearing.</p><p></p><p>EDIT: Significant updates to the table thanks to information provided by SPeace-ATL.
