What do you mean by "built" , upgraped ECU's can put them at about 320 horse (up from only 250 stock), a non-pi can hang slightly with a mild bolt on S4, if he's modded out (ecu/tune, turbo upgrades, upped boost, etc.) you wouldnt keep up for a second, i know, my buddy in NJ has a nasty one. His friend has an 04 S4 with the N/A V8 and it took my 4.10's, full exhaust and full 03 PI engine to only pull him a full car length going 45 to about 140.</blockquote>
