I made sure all of the pulleys were aligned and I just put a new tensioner on it and there is no tension on the belt. All pulleys spin freely. I have a 90.5" belt bypassing the smog pump, but I noticed the tensioner moves a lot when the car is running and it hits the stop constantly. My question is, it should not hit the stop right? I tried a 90" belt and it was to short. I thought I read here that someone used a 90.2. If so, where did you find it? Even though, it does not explain why I have been throwing stock belts.
