I guess they were wrong.  I know I didn't put a harness bar in because I have passengers and I was worried about getting in an accident and their heads banging into a metal pole.  I didn't actually think I would be the one who could get seriously hurt too.  I won't be installing one anytime in the future.On an off topice note, I don't see the point in companies selling harness bars if they are actually so dangerous.  The thing I don't get is why would companies sell them then if this can happen and it's not a safe way to install 4-5 point harnesses?  I.e. Corbeau sells one, I'm sure others do too.</blockquote>
