I've got some Tokiko Illumina's on coilovers in the front of my stang with 350# springs, that spring is definitely too high for a street/track/mix style stang and probably a little too high for the Tokiko's anyway. But the car rides nice (WAY better than stock struts with h&r super sports (duh!). I would recommend that setup with a lighter spring (maybe 250#? Call MM for that though as I'm no expert) for what it sounds like your trying to do with the car, if you wanted to go straight drag id say go with some Lakewood struts or something similar, for track driving go with Koni or something similar (tokiko is similar but IMO much more street oriented/valved then Koni). Since you want to do a little bit of everything with the car id say don't go with coilovers in the rear, they don't make nearly as a big of a difference compared to what front coilovers will do (at least on the street/drag strip). Id say for the rear go with some weight jacker lower control arms (so that you can fully adjust your ride height in conjunction with the front coilovers) some springs to match which ever spring rate you chose for the front (once again give MM a call) and get rid of your quad shocks. I have no personal experience with a torque arm and panhard bar (but plan on having plenty by the end of summer) but from my reading it seems as if they can be beneficial at the drag strip as well. Since you were talking about doing a k-member swap I would suggest doing a TA and PHB first as it will make a much bigger difference with how the car rides. However from what it sounds like you want to do with the car a TA and PHB may not be necessary.
