My favorite is the TCI Transpak, they have updated it several times as year's have gone by, unlike the Bauman or Transgo, although the Bauman is still a good kit.With those miles, your trans should be good for year's to come, add a Derale, or any other stacked plate type cooler in with the shift kit, and you are good to your goal of 350 to 400 easily, even though I'd like to sell you a trans, lol. A stall in the 3000-3200 range is what I would recomend. A little more than what you need, but enough to support a mild cam in the future, or, if you know you are going to a cam more aggressive and doing aftermarket heads, bump that to the 3600-3800 range</blockquote>
