If not I'm sure its online somewhere. And in regards to the pushrods, yes you must upgrade the pushrods. Stock rods aren't strong enough for upgraded springs as welll as they could be the wrong length therefore throwing off the valvetrain geometry.</p></blockquote><p></p>
