it's against the convertible code. The fashion police will pull you over within seconds and write you up. They'll let sprinklers and retarded smokers go by as an excuse but down several blocks like that? No! Why today a freak cold front came through. Since it's a big deal for me to put my top up and down I left it with the heater. Passed another mustang vert with his windows up. Everyon knows what an idiot he is. Just takes him one traffic light to put it up, does he do it? I've had to replace 4 window motors, and one window regulator. The only time Ive suffered with having one window up, it was only up an inch so that I could pull it up to help it along. This is why I also think it's either a switch or wiring. A bad motor rolls slowly until it no longer rolls at all. If the regulator was bad it would roll up and down spasticlly. If it doesn't roll at all, then the window fell out of it's frame. Also everytime I had a bad motor or regulator you could still hear it trying, so power was still getting to it. Replacing the rear 1/4 is the worst as you have to remove both parts of the rear seat and then the panel just to get access. If you knew what you were doing, had a wiring diagram. You could make jumper wires and see if it works without the switch.
