Message: <blockquote data-quote="kennebellgt" data-source="post: 728172" data-attributes="member: 10996">Yes, a bad dizzy could indeed kill coils, I would def. replace your cap and rotor if it's like how you decribe, also check your tfi module is rare cases that could also kill coils but that is usually not the case, check your EEC harness and engine grounds, I would bet more towards your dizzy, If not that than heat would almost have to be the culprit, or some kind of short somewhere, or loose connection somewhere, w ould say dizzy though, What kind of coil do you have? Stock ones are usually the ones to get those last the longest, the other brands seem to always go out quickly.Edit: Spelling :angry7:</blockquote>
