I have been up in the air about what carnauba wax to use on black cars?
Both my mustang and sti are black I have been using Meguiar's liquid
gold class and NXT waxes. What were other peoples results using these
Meguiar's products? I had great results using these but I would like to try
something different though.I like to see a deep mirror reflection and shine
in the paint.Any opnions from the resident detail expert Mr. Handz? What
are you using with the best results? Opnions or tips?

I'm looking to get a liquid wax instead of a paste although Pete's 53
is a excellent paste wax to use.
Mr. Handz have you tryed Adams Buttery Car Wax or
Chemical Guys Butter Wet Wax(Wet Look Shine) on any vehicles?
If so what were the results?
I will probably be applying the wax by hand since my cousin has my buffer.
I'd like to get a easy on and off wax.

Well here is my opinion. A liquid wax is designed to save time and use with a machine. Yes, you can use it by hand but kinda kills the point.

Liquid waxes dont produce the same effect and brilliance as a high quality LSP paste wax. and i have noticed the paste wax lasts longer.

If you want to use a liquid wax, Chemical Guys butter wax is great.

My personal favorite black combo has to be Wolfgang Deep Gloss Sealant+Pete's 53'

Pete's 53 is the easiest paste wax i have use. It doesnt require hazing so its easy on, easy off.

My dad got me started on Turtle Wax ice Liquid Clay bar and the turtle wax ice liquid polish. Before i brought my car back home he showed me how good it worked on a spot on my car and the stuff is amazing. Its easy to use and it comes with a applicator pad in each of the packs and a microfiber towel included with the polish. I'm sure somebody will have something negative to say about it but i love the stuff.

Mr. Handz I was going to ask you about Wolfgang products.
Is the Wolfgang Deep Gloss Sealant pretty easy to come on and off
the paint surface by hand like the Pete's 53? The Wolfgang site says to apply it
by via buffer?
To completely detail a 1996 Ford Mustang GT how many cans of 8 oz. Pete's 53
and bottles 16 oz. Deep Gloss Sealant would it take to do the job?
Turtle wax ice is hard to get off the paint surface.
I dislike Turtle wax products.

You should checkout my Wet Obsession wax or Dodo Juice Blue Velvet or Purple Haze. These products will add a ton of depth and wetness to black.

My OD Wet Wax is a popular liquid wax with all of my customers, also Surf City Garage Barrier Reef is a really underrated liquid carnauba wax.

If offer a 10% discount to members here on both of my websites as well!

I've tried turtle wax's ICE products on my aunts caddy sts... it was deep red color. Maybe it's just the caddy paint or whatever but when I used it, she had bought the stuff for me to do it, I washed, clayed, then waxed her car. It came out horrible. I used an orbital on it even and when it all dried after I got it done it came up with a slight haze to it. Got mad, turned around and did a quick wax with liquid gold wax and it came out perfect.. so I dunno about the ICE stuff... not a fan.. although your car looks better than my aunts did ademily87.. who knows.
