When you see a stock bottom end car with a power adder such as a turbo or a blower it is the same as seeing it with nitrous if A. Abused beyond the power levels the factory parts can handle or B. Tuned by someone who prolly dates his sister/cousin, then the turbo/blower car will break as well. Now as for calling Paul a penguin, have you not seen Penguins of Madagascar show?
