The 28 spline is actually a little stronger then the 31 spline trac lock. The spider gears in the 28 spline are stronger. There are many instances where people have run very fast times on stock trac lock and axles. The only reason i rebuilt mine was b/c it was already out why not. if your ever worried about things just throw a set of hardened 28 spline axles in there. Until you get to some serious power it should be all you need.</p></blockquote><p></p>
