I was going to say i have the 308 out of my cobra with a shim pack and seal if you wanted for cheap but i think the shipping would be horriable to someplace with that kinda price for gas..  Here is a thought to ponder. My cobra with the 308 got 28-29 mpg on highway with the 373 and just cruising at about 68-70 mph i get 25-27.. If you havent done a stealler tune up O2s, spark, cap rotor, wires, oil,tranny fliud, rear fliud, and fuel/air filter i would recommend changing those off the bat.  me its 20-30k for o2s and spark 40-50k for tranny and rear fliud/cap rotor and wires also10-15k fuel filter and air filterIm kinda a pain when it comes to these things but then again i drive during the summer months and in a good yr i get 6-8k of driving all this might cost you 150-200 depends on where you get it all from but its still cheaper then new gears, shims, gasket, and fliud $300? Then look at the labor that your going to have to do also..</blockquote>
