10 years in the grave need some help

Okay so I have a 95 auto 3.8 I’ve been trying to save 129k body 96k motor I have bought a new starter plugs wires and battery to start I am working with basic tools I’m a gm guy at heart and this stang is just got some sentimental value to me now here’s my issues no crank with key but everything gets power(cranks with relay) no spark and no fuel pump activity I’m assuming 10 years with a dry pump that that is toast so I plan on buying one but I would still like to diag the no spark issue before I start buying more parts and I have no clue how to test anything here with out obd2 remember I have just the basic tools
