I've always liked those...but the 8.5" width max didn't work well for me so I never got them.

Anyone know if another companies offers something extremely similar?

what can you fit on a 8.5 inch rims? 275s? 285s? thats not that bad

i have thorco's wheels now. they'll be going on this week finally. i only got 245/40/18's because i wanted to keep the drive ratio similar and also hope for some weight savings.

are they working out for you okay?

i really liked the style. i'm a plain 5-spoke kind of guy. that and i didn't want to get saleen/bullit/cobras because i see them all the time.

i have no issues with the rears at all. im probably gonna uprade from a 245 up front to a 265, fels like it needs more grip

feels like a smoother ride, maybe because of new tires as well, but my old rims have had almost 10 years of abuse.

rained tonight, plus i had a dinner to speak at. if it's clear tomorrow there will be plenty of pics. starting to wonder if i should powdercoat the centers black.

my reasoning for 245's based on drive ratio and weight.

lol thanks for the compliments!

unfortunately it's still like 30-40 degrees out and i haven't cleaned my car in almost a year. the power of rainwash @85 mph in torrential downpoor. only hydroplained twice.

took pictures of the foglights at night as well, but they didn't come out sharp at all. manual focus in the dark ftl.

wow, those look awesome on there bro.

I ran 245's up front and 275's out back when I owned them :hammer:

great looking set of wheels imo. I'd suggest H&R super sports but I'm biased.
