Best Drag Racing Times

This thread will kick off our new racing sections!!

Post up your time slips and your car/build!!

We'll categorize them and whoever has the fastest 1/4 mile time wins!! If there is a tie, we'll move onto the MPH, then to the 1/8th, etc. etc. etc....

Rules:

1) You *MUST* post a picture of the time slip.
2) You must inform us of your build, so we know what category you will be part of... (4.6 SOHC? 4.6 SOHC with a blower? 5.0 with a turbo?)
3) During this time period we will be hosting three other competitions in the Race and Performance section. Be sure to participate in all four competitions to be sure to maximize your chances of winning.
4) Although you can participate in all four events, you can only win one.

First night out in my fox

I wasn't going to participate in this but what the hell. Those are all N/A passes and that's my N/A dyno numbers.
347 stroker trickflow fast as cast 190 heads. Gforce t5 full suspension some have seen my build if not go check it out.

I have video of my pass, and i have to find what my future wife did with my slips (at work now), however the last weekend of october I went to the track....

58 degrees out side...

I ran a low 13.6 @ 101mph on STREET TIRES (summotomo htrz)

The "build":
Engine:
stock 4.6
Accufab 75mm TB
JLT fender mount CAI
SCT Custom Tune

Suspension:
Eibach Sportline Springs
Eibach front and rear sway bars
Tockico blue shocks and struts
Maximum Motorsports Camber castor plates

Transmission:
Exedy Stage 2 clutch
Ford Racing Billitt Steel flywheel
MGW Short throw Shifter
3.73 gears with cobra trac lock

Wheels and tires:
17x9 Bullitts in the front
17x10.5 Bullitts in the rear
275/40R17 Summotomo HTRz tires in the front
315/35R17 Summotomo tires in the rear

Full weight (spare tire, rear seat, pass seat, ect still in car)

With better prep, stickier tires (even Nitto Summer tires would grip better) I think the car should have at least a 13.4 in her, possibly a 13.2 with a good 60'

my old 302 coupe fox ran 12.2@112mph 1.6 60' with a tko 3550 gt40p heads ported and polished,cam,ported oem 93 cobra intake,l/t's 4.10 gears 26x10x15 slicks launching at 5800rpm shifting around 6000 last. My mach 1 ran a best last weekend of 13.2@105 and a 1.999 60'. It has a 4r70w with shift kit, SCT tune,d/r's,l/t's full o/r exhust,cai. Fixing to get a stall,4.10 gears nx and also do cams.

Stick with just full exhaust, CAI and a canned tune, built detriot tru-trac rear end with 4.10s. I have a P1SC going on whenever our snow melts

My best E.T. to date in my 91 GT is an 11.004 @ 129 at an altitude of 5800ft. Was the first time I ever ran a car this quick/fast so I'm sure that wasn't shifting where I was supposed to be haha! 306 with Eagle bottom end and Canton main girdle, RHS racing heads, custom cam, on 200-shot NX plate. Backed by a Tremec TKO 600. 4.10's and 28x9-15 slick. Best it's been so far. Some minor adjustments have been made and hopefully will run at least a 10.99999999 this year haha. Here's the slip and car photo to give evidence to it

I was the right lane. I slept at the light a bit, but I had to have a split second more of a deep breath haha.

Do not know just lost oil pressure on final pass and that was it. Motor didnt look that bad just as a oil starved motor would. What sucked was the crank took the beating from the heat.
