I have a 2003 Mach 1, with a custom tune. Recently the car will not start and the voltage going to the mass airflow sensor is bouncing between 5 - 7 volts, rather than the needed 12. Local shop replaced the constant control relay mod. twice and it is still doing the same thing. Grounds have been checked and other items disconnected, to make sure no extra drain was on the unit. Can't figure it out. No codes being thrown. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Ron

Interesting

So why will the car not start? Are you saying the car cranks over but does not start and run or is it dead?

Perhaps revert back to the factory tune and go from there?

I can't remember exactly, but does the CCRM actually have any part in MAF operation? I thought it hadn't really changed over the model years, just controlled fuel, A/C, PCM power, and coolant fan(s).

pretty sure the ccrm has nothing to do with the maf. What is bouncing between 5-7 volts? The constant 12v feed wire to the maf or the signal wire?
