From what I’ve found it’s a Ford Pressure Regulator Valve Assembly and evidently no longer in production. If you’re swapping tanks I’d move it to the new one. Someone claimed they used p/n Yf1Z9B190Aa and it fit, but I don’t have firsthand knowledge of that.
