Well I got that shaft installed last week, AND drove it on the motorsports track 2 days later.
I gotta say, I wasn't expecting much of a different feel. but I'd like to report that it feels MUCH better. smoother and easily movable. it really feels much nicer than the stock setup!
2 bolts and a pry bar took care of the install, I just had to mess with it some to make it fit my "stock" engine compartment.
I ended up shimming the motor 3/16" and polished the corners off the new steering shaft for good measure.
If it wasn't for that, you could install one of these in about 10 minutes.
