vehicle certification label

I can't find the VCL on my 1994 Mustang GT. Searches online indicate it is located on the driver's side door post. My car does not have it there. Are there any other places it could be found? I have looked under the hood, the passenger side door post, the glove box and in the trunk. I can't...
