0-60 Times

Hey everyone,

I was messing around with my friends SCT DateScan. It has the capability of doing 0-60 times. I did 5 passes this morning in my 97GT(Auto). My mods are: Magnapacks, CAI, SCT custom street tune. I was very surprised with the 4th pass.

1st pass: 7.011
2nd Pass: 6.652
3rd Pass: 6.427
4th Pass: 6.051 (very minimum spin)
5th Pass: 6.274

Have you manually shift the Auto or just pedal to the metal in "D" ?

just kept it in D. My tuner changed the shift points and pressures for me.

i did my 0-60 times by plugging in my 1/8 mile times on a online calculator. said mine was 2.97 on street tires.

cool....mine should be somewhere around 3.0 flat it looks like.

according to that calculator, my 0-60mph time is 8.8 seconds FML

slicks probably, I dont know if the drag radials will hold or not.



The stall definately makes a night and day differance

man i wonder what mine would be with slicks or at least drag radials. i would think it would make a big difference as long as nothing breaks.

yea, depending on how you hook.

My car wont hook in first with street tires at all

mine is pretty squirrelly in 1st and 2nd. when i had it at the track i cant really get into it until third, otherwise i just seem to sit in one place. the gearing in the t45 + 4.1 gears + 543 hp + street tires = no traction.

I tried my off Sunday's test & tune time slips. 1.5475 60 ft. , 1.5609 60 ft. & a 1.5760 60 ft. 0-60 time should be 3.15- 3.17 with 26x11.5x15 ET Streets.

that is some really good 60 ft.'s mine are usually around 2.1, but when i put in my 1/8 of 7.92 and mph 98 i still got 2.97, so if i get my 60 down to 1.7 and grip where i can floor it first and second i think ill be doing quite a bit better

4 sec 0-60 for me.
