03 cobra bumper...

I was wondering if anyone here has put a an 03 cobra bumper on there 94-98 stang. I am looking to get more air across my intercooler and having a hard time wanting to drill holes in my 94 cobra bumper. Also I was looking to see if anyone eles has drilled holes in there bumper for more air flow. if you can post pics. I would like to see how this looks. Thanks

ive seen people but 99-04 interiors in 94-98 but never seen a exterior mod.... i would look on google and see if its been done

Well thanks for the info. To me it doesnt look that bad but if a hot girl says that its looks ugly well then Im not going to argue.. hehe Well so if not that then I guess comes the 6 big 4" holes in my cobra bumper. Does anyone have pics of holes in there bumper. I reall hate to cut my bumper but got to get more air flow.

Why would you need 4" holes and more airflow on a bolt on 5.0? Not even twin turbo strokers have that.

As for the holes. I have a HP turbo kit and the intercooler dosent have enough air coming over it with the stock opening and the bumper foam and bumper brace in front of it. I also dont live in place like you guy that can drive for hours and be in different places. hehe I live in Hawaii where we sit in traffic alot. I also plan on keeping my AC so thats even more heat geting to the intercooler.

cut the foam in square where your intercooler will be you should have enough air flow then

Its been done but it looks horrible. Probably one of the most god awful things you can do to an sn.

there was a guy over on stangnet that had it on a blue vert. it looked pretty good. i've never seen it in person but i've always kind of liked it.

well I have to disgree with you on the bumper. To me that makes the car look like one of those ricers they have on fast and the furious. sorry it just does to me. Well I guess Im just going to stick with drilling holes in the bumper. It should come out good because the drag race guys use them on there cars and I have seen some sick looking foxes with holes in there bumpers so mine should come out the same. will post pics when done with bumper so you can see and tell me what you think.
