180 thermostat

I want to install a 180 thermostat but with the fan goin on at the stock specs will it help? am i right in sayin the only way to modify the fan on off temp is thru a tuner?

Just keep the stock thermostat, there really isnt a whole lot of hard facts proving what you gain from a lower thermostat. I used the stock temp.
